Reservation:

Reservations can be made on the website www.casacometa.com.mx or at the following e-mail address [email protected] or by phone at (52) 1 958 584 64 59 Mexico hours.
On this site, the minimum number of nights to book is 2 nights. For Christmas and New Year period, the minimum number of nights to book is 7 nights.
Reservations are possible according to our availability and the price corresponds to the one applicable at the time of booking.
Children are welcome above 12 years old. Our friends the dogs are not allowed as they can disturb other guests. Children under 18 are exclusively responsibility of their parents or guardians for the duration of their stay.
Breakfast is not included in the price of the room.The breakfast of your choice however will be offered at an additional cost.
In this site, the prices are indicated according to the room and change according to low or high season.
The prices showed on this site do not include current local taxes.
The tourist tax of 3% is established by the state of Oaxaca and will be added to your invoice.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however, if the reservation is confirmed by an initial payment, the price is not subject to change.
Casa Cometa reserves the right to change the prices at any time for reservations that are not guaranteed and therefore not confirmed.
When the reservation has been confirmed, the price will not change.
Prices communicated orally are only valid for 24 hours and are subject to written confirmation.
A reservation is taken into account upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the reservation. You can make this deposit by bank wire or PayPal, in the case of PayPal a commission of 5.5% will be added to the initial amount.
If the customer wishes to change the reservation after the reservation has been confirmed, Casa Cometa will do everything possible to make the change but without guarantee.

You must notify 15 days before the arrival date to avoid any penalty if you wish to cancel.
The cancellation of the reservation can only be taken into account if it takes place within 15 days prior to the arrival date, this request must be made by mail with a response request.
If the request for cancellation is made after the period of 15 days before arrival, Casa Cometa will not reimburse the 50% deposit paid for the reservation. Casa Cometa will offer you to use your initial payment for another reservation later on.

Upon arrival, your registration will be made and you will have to pay the remainder of your reservation.
You can pay in cash
If you wish to pay the remainder of your reservation with a credit card upon arrival, this is possible, a commission of 5% will be added to the remainder amount, for Paypal a commission of 5.5% will be added to the remainder amount. If the reservation is for the rent of the whole villa, a guarantee deposit will be requested upon arrival, which will correspond to 15% of the total amount of the reservation.
If the reservation is for the rent of the whole villa, customers have at their disposal the 6 rooms, the equipped kitchen and an hotel service which guarantees the cleaning of the rooms, the maintenance of the pool and the exteriors.
A customer can not claim a refund of his stay if it is shortened for any reason.
Examples: (medical reasons, strikes, accidents, etc...)

The rooms are available at 3:00 p.m. with exception (by prior arrangement), the establishment will welcome you from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Upon departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.
In the case of a late arrival (after 9pm), the customer must notify the reception by phone in advance or by written notification

Casa Cometa is not responsible for valuables (jewelry, money) or other items, if they have not been deposited in the safety deposit box of the establishment upon arrival of the customer.
Casa Cometa is not responsible for damage to valuables caused by an event such as: fire, explosion, hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes, if they have not been deposited in the safety deposit box of the establishment upon arrival of the customer.

The rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
The outdoor pool closes at 22:00.
Dangerous items, such as controlled substances, weapons, explosives, cylinders containing compressed air or combustible substance, can not be placed in the baggage or otherwise. The use of illegal substances in the facilities, or a failure in the regulations of Oaxaca de Juárez, are strictly prohibited or when required by federal regulations. Casa Cometa reserves the right to refuse the entry of any person to the establishment, especially if it is not a customer, and refuse the input of any element deemed inappropriate or dangerous. It is forbidden to damage or manipulate the elements of decoration. It is forbidden to make noise, bring external people, bring animals or any annoying or uncomfortable act for other customers. In case of loss of the room key, customers must request the corresponding replacement, this one must provide information and documents to prove their identity and cover the amount owed for the loss of the key. Casa Cometa has a private parking lot with a limited number of places which are designed for a standard size vehicle. So if a vehicle is not in accordance with these standards, Casa Cometa reserves the right to refuse the vehicle and is not responsible for any damage it may cause to other vehicles that are already parked in our parking lot. All guests must verify the terms of their reservation. These are final.
